Lucía in London

Hallo London! Time has finally come!

Lucía Ruibal will be giving a masterclass of intermediate/ advanced level in the DanceAttic Studios on the 3rd and 4th of October.

The classes start at 7pm, until 9pm, two hours each day, for only £80.

If you don’t know Lucía, I recommend visiting her website or just check out her below video in the Café Zyriab with Naike Ponce singing in 2020.

Lucía was born in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, the cradle of flamenco, in Andalusia. She found her passion for dance at a very young age, surely inspired to some extent by her father, singer-songwriter Javier Ruibal and her brother, drummer-percussionist Javi Ruibal. After years of training in classical ballet, she fully dedicated herself to flamenco from her teenage years onwards. She studied flamenco dance at the Conservatory of Málaga, trained with such incredible flamenco dancers as La Lupi and Mercedes Ruíz, before moving to Madrid. She regularly performs at tablaos, dances in major flamenco groups such as those of Rafael Amargo or Juan de Juan, and also performs with her father Javier Ruibal.
